Lauren Larsen is a broker at SullivanHayes Brokerage, specializing in commercial real estate brokerage services across Colorado. She focuses primarily on development land transactions and retail assets, representing developers, investors, landlords, and tenants in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing assignments.
Lauren earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder.
An active leader in the commercial real estate community, Lauren served as President of CREW Northern Colorado in 2026 and is a graduate of Leadership Northern Colorado. In recognition of her leadership and industry impact, she was honored with the 2024 NAI Global Women’s Alliance Champion Award.
