Chris Cook has been with SullivanHayes since the beginning of his real estate career in 1999. He was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and attended the University of Colorado in Boulder. He has spent his career representing national tenants, implementing their market penetration plans and securing optimal locations. Additionally, he works with developers in sourcing and securing viable locations for new shopping centers and achieving fully occupied projects. His most notable tenant highlights are completing over 100 transactions with T-Mobile and nearly 70 with Starbucks within the state of Colorado. When he is not busy with his retail clients, he enjoys skiing, mountain and road biking, and chasing pheasant with his bird dog Hatch. He is an avid international fly fisherman and has been featured in three ESPN episodes angling in South America.
