David Dobek is an experienced commercial real estate broker at SullivanHayes Brokerage where he works on a dynamic team with Sean Kulzer, Mike DePalma, and Carrie Hilton. David’s specialties are retail real estate brokerage including leasing and sales of land and shopping centers. He has been very successful at designing and implementing leasing plans specifically tailored for each property and during his 8 years at SullivanHayes, he has leased over 500,000 SF of retail in the state of Colorado with over 200 unique transactions with both national and local tenants. He puts in constant effort to attract new retail concepts and introduce them to his existing base of clients, which has been instrumental to his growth. David has the willingness to work hard, work intelligently, and focus attention to exact market conditions. David previously served as the chair of the 2nd Gen Retail Council for ChainLinks Retail Advisors, the nation’s top retail brokerage network. When not focused on work, David also is the Denver Alumni President for the Evans Scholarship Foundation. He loves to spend his remaining free time with his wife Sarah, and two kiddos, Cooper and Hannah.
