Originally a Minnesota native, Jake moved to Colorado to join the SullivanHayes team in Spring 2021 as an associate broker. A recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin’s Real Estate program, Jake spent two years interning at Colliers International, Minneapolis, creating client-specific tour materials and working on land/retail deals. After his internships, Jake created a job in northern Minnesota where he managed a small family resort, served tables, and conducted guided fishing trips.

Now with two+ years experience, Jake is a young professional with a desire to provide clients with a new, fresh perspective. Focusing on tenant/landlord representation, development, and acquisitions, Jake takes immense pride in his work and strives to give every client his attention and market knowledge to complete their transactions successfully.

During his down time, you can usually find Jake enjoying the outdoors with friends; he has a passion for waterfowl hunting and fishing.
