Kerry joined the SullivanHayes team as an Administrative Assistant in 2024, where she supports brokers, collaborates with the marketing team, and develops and maintains systems to ensure the brokerage operates at peak efficiency. Kerry started her commercial real estate career as an analyst specializing in capital transactions and portfolio analysis for a pension fund advisor and a REIT in Chicago. After a hiatus to focus on her family, she re-entered the commercial real estate sector as a Transaction Manager. Kerry is excited to bring her extensive experience and industry knowledge to one of Denver’s leading brokerages.
Outside of work, Kerry enjoys traveling with her family, cooking, hiking, and attending concerts.
