Michael Laatsch is a member of the SullivanHayes Brokerage team and has 20+ years of commercial real estate experience including portfolio management, acquisitions, development, and brokerage. Upon graduating from Virginia Tech, Michael started his career at a “Big 5” public accounting firm in Washington DC. He ultimately moved to Tucson, Arizona where he managed a $250M real estate investment portfolio before transitioning to retail property brokerage with CBRE. Michael and his family moved to Colorado in 2018 to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and quality of life. Prior to joining SullivanHayes, Michael was most recently the Director of Leasing at Gart Properties, a Denver based real estate investment company, where he oversaw the leasing of Denver Pavilions (300,000 SF) and 16th Street & California Street.
Michael’s focus is on tenant and landlord representation along with identifying new development opportunities. His strong financial background and experience on both the landlord and brokerage side of the business allows Michael to offer a unique and qualified perspective to his clients.
